Becoming a Clinical Trichologist, Alexis Williams, MBA, has built her career at the intersection of beauty, science, and entrepreneurship. As the owner of Head Quarters Hair Clinic LLC, she brings over 16 years of professional experience dedicated to advancing healthy hair care and providing innovative hair loss solutions.

Her passion for cosmetology began in St. Louis, MO, where at just 18 years old she balanced traditional high school with cosmetology school—graduating with both her diploma and professional license. That early commitment to education and practice laid the foundation for a career defined by continuous learning and growth.

Blending her business expertise with her artistry, Alexis has served as a product facilitator for renowned brands including Mizani, Basic Hair Care, and Hair University, expanding her influence across the industry. Most recently, she achieved her first level of paramedical specialization as a Hair Loss Practitioner with the U.S. Trichology Institute, offering non-surgical solutions and treatments designed to help clients restore confidence and reverse the effects of hair loss.
